The Local 103, I.B.E.W. Health Benefit Plan provides a level of benefits second to none. Our Health Plan covers over 16,500 lives including participants and their families. Once a participant meets certain eligibility requirements and complies with all eligibility guidelines, they will be covered by the Local 103 I.B.E.W. Health Benefit Plan. Benefits include; medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage as well as life insurance and a full‐service Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In addition to our Master Plan coverage, we also offer Retiree Health coverage and supplemental Medicare coverage. The Plan meets all current regulatory requirements including the Affordable Care Act. Our goal is to make healthcare a priority for everyone. The Health Benefit Plan runs on a fiscal year December 1 through November 30.
